Traditionally, communicating ideas is the ideal purpose of commercial art or design. It has been proven that the use of design elements such as color, graphics, good layout, and typography effectively send better messages to recipients. Presenting Clear messages to your audience help build trust with them. For this reason I design for the needs of my client's users, utilizing these elements. Moreover, effective websites connect with their visitors by informing and inspiring users to perform various actions; this is one of the biggest functions of your website. Being a “Do It All” is the feature I wish I had in common with many other web designers, but, that's not me. Marketing expert, copywriting, and proofreading, are not functions of mine. Designing and building useful websites is what I do. Your task is to provide information on your company, your products, and your dealings. Who is your target audience and what products are you selling? What's your website about? If you lack the answers to those questions, I will also? Providing your own copy (text content) will be your responsibility. You will also be responsible for the proofreading of your copy.
Websites are great cost-effective tools for getting information to the public. But they are not the only form of marketing. I develop materials for print and the web. I don't create radio and TV Ads, and these are just some reasons why I am not a marketing expert. Marketing is a large, diverse industry with specialists in many secondary fields. Seek out a marketing expert elsewhere if you need one.
An increasing number of contemporary marketing campaigns are globally targeting local cultures to reach a larger consumer base. As a result, marketers are adjusting the language, grammar, and style of their services or products to be suitable for those local markets. Lots of emerging companies are being creative with the spelling of their names and words for branding purposes (e.g., del.icio.us). Also, several unique company names are the result of combining words together to create new ones (e.g., Instagram). If I were to edit your copy, there would be no way of knowing if you're being trendy and wanted to spell a particular word in a certain way. Or does your copy have misspelled words? I am not a copy-editor. So, supplying your own copy is your responsibility. Finally, don't forget to edit and proofread the text content you share with the web.
